We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Physician Assistant/Associate (PA) to join us at our state-of-the-art Allied Health Building as Coordinator of Clinical Education. The ideal candidate will join a team of hardworking individuals dedicated to developing high-quality, compassionate, and culturally sensitive PAs who are committed to advancing the PA profession. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work both independently and collaboratively. They will be able to promote a positive and engaging environment and be capable of leading multiple projects. This is a collaborative faculty role working directly with a co-coordinator of clinical education. A successful candidate should demonstrate interest in working, engaging, and supporting a diverse group of people including full time faculty, staff, college administrators, part-time faculty, patient actors, clinical preceptors, hospital administrators, and other stakeholders. Biology Lab Coordinator Poughkeepsie, NY

The Biology Lab Coordinator will be responsible for inventory control of lab supplies, lab set up and break down, training and supervising student assistants, orienting faculty on lab exercises, and teaching one section of General Biology lab per academic year.
AV Generalist Poughkeepsie, NY
Marist College invites applications for the AV Generalist position in the Media Center. The Media Center provides Audio Visual support for the College, specifically in the areas of classroom technology, events, and audio video production facilities. The AV Generalist is primarily technical in nature. They play a pivotal role for a tiered support model, one that begins at level-one (students), escalates to a level-two (AV generalist), and finally, when necessary, routes to a Technician, Specialist, or a Manager. The AV Generalist possesses competency in customer service, setting up and operating audio-visual equipment in classrooms and production facilities, troubleshooting and preventative maintenance, and AV support for events.
Director of Procurement Services Poughkeepsie, NY
Contribute as a key change agent to lead a reimaging of our current purchasing department, to serve as a “center led” resource for the College to realize efficiencies in procurement and purchasing processes. Use data and analysis to provide insight to vendor relationships, assist operational units with RFP best practices and vendor negotiations, and drive down costs through consolidated spend and negotiation of terms. Work closely with leaders across the college to understand sourcing needs, and serve as a resource for RFP development. Work closely with Controller and Accounts Payable to implement a procure-to-pay strategy that leverages technology and reduces manual processes. Currently, the College’s purchasing card program is also managed through this office. Supervise a staff of 2 individuals. Direct report to the Chief Financial Officer.
